Job description

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Respond to customer enquiries in Cantonese, Korean, and English, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Process and validate client requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and agreed terms.
  • Maintain and update client records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support issue resolution and troubleshooting for platform users, including guidance on platform navigation and functionality.
  • Handle client queries related to account access, payments, and project submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client needs.
  • Provide support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders through email, chat, and calls.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations and internal policies, fostering a transparent and accountable environment.
  • Participate in additional projects or areas of responsibility to improve team performance.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role.
  • Experience in stakeholder management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to handle complex client requests.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Cantonese, Korean, and English fluent.
  • Experience with generative AI tools for improving day-to-day productivity.
