Join Our Team as a Senior Data Analyst

In this key role, you will help build and scale our data environment while delivering practical solutions that support daily operations. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will shape the way we work with data, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and structure KPIs.

Develop scalable data models and interactive dashboards using Power BI and SQL.

Automate repetitive tasks and streamline Excel-based processes.

Provide quick, high-impact analytical support to operational teams.

Design long-term solutions that are maintainable and robust.

Advocate for data governance and promote best practices across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar roles.

Proficiency in Python (or equivalent), SQL, Power BI, and Excel/VBA.

Experience creating scalable data models and dashboards.

Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas).

Strong knowledge of data management and automation techniques.

Ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, Power Apps, and Power Automate is a plus.

Fluent in English; additional languages like Swedish are a bonus.
