Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager for our team in Geneva to oversee and deliver innovative projects, ensuring effective coordination between business priorities and operational execution in a dynamic, multicultural environment. 

 

🔧 Your Mission

  • Coordinate the global deployment of traffic counting solutions, ensuring each boutique is equipped and processes are standardized.
  • Align retail business processes across brands, acting as the main point of contact for operational improvements.
  • Implement and monitor AI-powered analytics solutions to enhance customer traffic counting accuracy and provide actionable insights for boutique operations. 
  • Define the scope and requirements for each project, making sure all stakeholders are involved and expectations are clear.
  • Develop project roadmaps and estimate budgets, providing structure and visibility for all phases.
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions in boutiques, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Drive change management initiatives to facilitate adoption and support teams during transitions.
  • Analyze traffic data and provide actionable insights to improve performance and customer experience.
 

What You Bring

  • Experience in project management within multinational environments, with a proven track record of successful rollouts.
  • Experience with digital solution deployment in retail, demonstrating adaptability and technical understanding.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and Automated Traffic Counting (ATC) solutions, with the ability to optimize processes.
  • Ability to leverage artificial intelligence tools and analytics to optimize project performance and support data-driven decision-making. 
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive project documentation for various audiences.
  • Leadership in change management, supporting teams and driving adoption of new tools.
  • Academic background: business administration or related field.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • English fluent. French is a plus.
