Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems and Digital team in Wilton. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.
You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as CRM Business Analyst.
Your main responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications aligned with organizational objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders, key users, and delivery partners to ensure seamless integration of business requirements into existing systems and processes.

Design and map business workflows using BPMN/UML, aligning them with Microsoft Dynamics 365 entities, relationships, and processes.

Support the creation and execution of test cases, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate new functionalities against business expectations.

Contribute to the definition, planning, and cost estimation of new projects, ensuring effective coordination with suppliers and vendors.

Organize and deliver training sessions for key and end users, maintaining up-to-date documentation and supporting change management initiatives.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in environments using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM Modules).

Hands-on knowledge of the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Proficiency with Dataverse and Common Data Service for data modeling and integration.

Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog management, user stories, and collaboration.

Strong analytical and data-handling skills using Microsoft Excel and SQL.

Ability to design process and data models, write detailed functional specifications, and lead testing and training activities in dynamic business environments.
