Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

As an Engineering Consultant, you will contribute to innovative automotive projects, working closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for recent Master’s graduates in mechanical engineering or related fields, as well as graduates with up to 2 years of working experience, who are eager to develop their skills and grow within the consulting sector.
Your missions
- Assist in the design and development of automotive products in collaboration with experienced engineers and project teams
- Contribute to technical studies, feasibility analyses, and engineering problem-solving
- Perform modeling and simulation of mechanical components using specialized software
- Participate in project management and follow-up of development phases
- Support the continuous improvement of processes and technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project success
- Engage in technology watch and innovation within the automotive sector
- Benefit from personalized coaching by an experienced professional in the automotive industry
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Engineering field
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience (internships, graduation projects, or relevant project experience are a plus)
- Fluent Chinese and English; German is a plus
- Experienced in mechanical design software (CATIA, SolidWorks, CAD, Creo) preferred
- You have strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
