Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Leader / Process Tooling to join our team near Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong project management expertise and a background in regulated environments. As a Project Leader, you will play a key role in driving process tooling initiatives, ensuring compliance with international standards, and coordinating stakeholders across multiple sites.
Your missions

Lead and support projects related to process tooling, with a focus on data migration, quality management, and requirements traceability.

Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and V-Model project management standards.

Coordinate cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and achievements.

Drive process improvement and contribute to the standardization of best practices.
Your profile

Certified Project Manager with proven senior level of professional experience.

Strong technical affinity, ideally with an R&D background.

Proven experience working in regulated environments such as life sciences or medical devices.

Knowledge of test management, process validation, and engineering validation is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
