Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent, demonstrated through experience (pharmaceutical experience required for Packaging profile; not required for IT profile).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in French and English; German and Dutch are assets.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with EU CGMP, 21CFR, and PED directive regulations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience coordinating and working within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to interact with personnel at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with clear thinking and strong personal organization.
👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈
- Manage the study, coordination, and monitoring of projects related to machinery, equipment, installations, constructions, and buildings.
- Oversee both new installations and major transformations for process optimization.
- Draft and coordinate User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Change Control (CC) documents.
- Participate in qualification activities: FAT/SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, commissioning, and PQ.
- Review Validation Protocols and Reports (VPE) for equipment, installations, and systems.
- Build and maintain the Technical File and manage project-related plans.
- Train personnel following new project implementations.
- Provide regular project progress reports to the Engineering Manager.
- Propose improvements for machinery and installation operations and profitability.
- Support the Maintenance department and assist in writing maintenance procedures.
- Organize and oversee internal and external project implementation.
- Prepare and guide the procurement process for assigned projects.
