Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

- Expertise in supply chain, vendor management, and sourcing.
- Proven relationship management and organizational skills.

- Ensure sustainable and cost-effective study implementation with vendors and critical suppliers to guarantee optimal supply.
- Manage the partner selection model and lead the selection process for new and ongoing studies.
- Oversee budget management and price negotiations (rate cards) for new studies.
- Define deal frameworks, negotiate, and execute key agreements with internal stakeholders (procurement, legal, operations, etc.).
- Define and maintain vendor/supplier management governance in line with organizational standards for efficient and agile management.
- Interpret, translate, and integrate policies and regulatory guidance into effective processes and procedures.
- Liaise with other teams and governance bodies to ensure global alignment on strategy and governance.
- Lead the transversal “Vendor Team” to ensure optimal and efficient management of operational activities with vendors/suppliers.
- Drive investigation strategy and execution in close collaboration with quality assurance teams.
- Act as an escalation point for vendor/supplier concerns, ensuring issues are addressed and action plans are defined.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and proactively communicate on ongoing studies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and communicate process and documentation enhancements.
