Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in a high-tech environment (minimum 2 years with Bachelor’s; Master’s graduates considered without prior experience).
- Proven team player with a customer-centric attitude.
- Experience in electrical cabinet design and electrical interfacing to equipment or machinery.
- Knowledge of electrical components for industrial automation and motion control solutions (servo technology).
- Ability to create detailed wiring diagrams for cabling, field boxes, and electrical cabinets.
- Experience with test specification creation and execution.
- Familiarity with regulations for developing medical equipment (IEC-60601, ISO 13485, CE, EMC, UL).
- Proficient user of EPlan.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work at customer locations.
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Visio and technical product documentation systems.

- Contribute to the electrical architecture of modules and subassemblies for complex mechatronic and medical equipment.
- Design and document electrical modules/subassemblies, including E-cabinet design, cabling, interfacing, and connectors.
- Participate in the design, implementation, testing, and integration of electrical components within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure compliance with electrical guidelines and standards for healthcare equipment.
- Collaborate closely with technical experts and customers to deliver high-end mechatronic solutions.
- Plan and manage your own work breakdown and timelines.
