Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are seeking dynamic consultants to join our Information Systems and Digital team. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us tackle the challenges faced by our clients.
You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for review and approval by business stakeholders.
Mission Description:
We are looking for a profile with a strong focus on data governance, particularly with experience in the Collibra data governance tool. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data governance principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business problems to define required functionality and solutions.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather domain knowledge and clarify requirements.
- Ensure alignment with the companies’s data policy and governance standards.
- Perform data profiling and data quality assessments to ensure reliable data inputs.
- Define and document testing criteria and standards for data validation.
- Track and report end-to-end progress of data-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with Testers and Data Modelers to ensure that all data solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
Business Analysis & Project Delivery:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dashboard development and/or software projects, including:
- Requirements elicitation and documentation (creating functional specifications with both functional and non-functional requirements).
- System Integration Testing (SIT), including test script preparation, outcome documentation, and defect management.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) facilitation, including documenting results, defect tracking, and obtaining user sign-off.
- Dashboard wireframing and prototyping experience is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agile project delivery, including:
- Managing product and sprint backlogs.
- Writing detailed user stories and raising bugs.
- Scrum Master and/or Product Owner experience is advantageous.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps Boards is a plus.
Data & Analytics Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (conceptual, logical, physical) and data architectures (e.g., Ralph Kimball, Bill Inmon methodologies).
- Experience in Power BI development is beneficial, particularly in integrating dashboards with Azure Analysis Services (AAS) datasets.
- Familiarity with Azure data services, including:
- Azure Data Lake Storage
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Databricks
- Azure SQL Data Warehouse
- Azure Analysis Services
- Knowledge of ETL and ELT processes is a plus.
- Ability to analyze solution options using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience in determining the best visualization techniques (e.g., choosing appropriate charts to communicate insights effectively).
- Strong eye for visually appealing dashboard designs.
