Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Amaris Consulting is currently looking for an Odoo Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Brussels, as part of a permanent contract (CDI). As part of our Enterprise Applications team, you will play a key role in helping clients optimize their business processes through Odoo ERP solutions
🎯 Your Mission

Analyze client needs and translate them into functional specifications within the Odoo ERP environment.

Lead and actively participate in end-to-end Odoo implementation projects: from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements and ensure optimal user experience.

Collaborate with development teams to guarantee successful delivery and integration of functional solutions.

Provide functional support, create documentation, and conduct user training sessions.

Continuously identify opportunities for system improvement and enhancement.
🎯 Your Profile
- You hold a degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- You have 2+ years of experience in a functional or business analyst role, ideally working with Odoo ERP.
- You are comfortable gathering requirements, writing functional documentation, and interacting with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- You are solution-oriented, proactive, and have strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage.
