Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Your mission will be to create, develop, and make profitable and sustainable what will become your own Business Unit, having both operational and strategic control over it, within our business division.
To ensure its growth, you will operate daily across five main areas:
Business and Strategy

Animate, coordinate, and develop your own BU, ensuring its growth.

Conduct client/offers mapping of technologies and competencies on the market with support from other internal Group departments.

Prepare structured technical and financial business proposals and negotiate prices.

Organize and conduct qualification meetings between clients and consultants.

Perform project reviews, follow-ups, and prepare project reports.
Client Relations

Monitor customer activities to anticipate and acquire new projects.

Maintain an updated client portfolio and strengthen existing partnerships.

Open new accounts, managing all legal and contractual aspects.
Financial Management of the Profit Center

Analyze and optimize Profit & Loss, calculating margins.

Conduct advanced P&L analysis, detect business issues, and develop action plans to optimize Turnover and Contributive Margin.

Handle payment recovery matters.
Management
-
Provide input for Business Plan presentations.

Support key individuals in their professional development.

Propose and improve new processes and initiatives.
Recruitment

Participate in the recruitment and management of a team of consultants (sourcing, interviewing, reporting, contract signing, etc.).

Oversee the career development of your team (role allocation, appraisals, key talent engagement, etc.).

Manage and anticipate inter-contract situations with appropriate solutions.
