Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 4+ years of experience with Kinaxis Application as a strong differentiator.
• Experience in pharma or consumer goods industry / in Supply Chain or Information Technology department.
• Information technology knowledge and mindset.
• Strong written/spoken communication in English.
• Results and processes oriented with an analytical mindset.
• Team working ability and mindset.
• Transversal collaboration / Business Acumen.
• Capacity to work “hands-on” in technical topics.

👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈

• Identify and analyze business needs and coordinate between stakeholder groups to address them, delivering prompt, efficient, quality service.
• Work with Digital and Business stakeholders to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs; understand the customer journey and define user requirements; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.
• Promote architectural consistency and usability standards; define and execute test cases.
• Identify opportunities for business-led delivery; coach employees to leverage technology and information.
• Act as business escalation point for operational issues within the domain.
• Ensure End-to-End delivery for the domain of expertise.
• Ensure compliance with standards and practices, including architecture standards & guidelines, quality & regulatory controls, and cybersecurity requirements. Validate documentation within the domain.
• Own technical training in the domain of expertise.
• Ensure compliance with architecture standards and guidelines and ensure proper interface between applications under the scope of responsibility.
• Contribute actively to Operational excellence: facilitate risk management and conduct/contribute to problem root cause analysis, act as L3 support in the domain of expertise, and implement sustainable action plans.
• Contribute to the product roadmap implementation: deploy the solution on new sites (fit-gap analysis, design, build, test, cutover), implement new functionalities.
• Contribute to delivering value-added projects as per the SCP roadmap:
  • Kinaxis Supply Planning implementation for pending Manufacturing sites:
    • Current State: Full SC production planning model already deployed in 6 sites: Koeln, Chattanooga, Suzano, Origgio, Lisieux, Ocoyoacac.
    • Target State: Deploy current Kinaxis core model for production planning in the 7 pending sites: Compiegne, Rzeszow, Veresz, Narita, Megrine, Virginia, and Ho Chi Minh.
  • Detailed scheduling (tool to be decided: SAP PPDS, Ortems, Siemens, Exilum, etc.)
  • CMO/Supplier Collaboration
