Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
ABOUT THE JOB
As a IT Service Delivery Manager, you will operate across three core dimensions: project & operational delivery, team leadership, and performance & service excellence.
- Ensure profitability of assigned service delivery projects and oversee project P&L and cost tracking.
- Monitor daily operations: consultant presence, service desk ticket flows, escalation handling and documentation standards.
- Track and improve project KPIs including SLA, ticket volume, quality metrics and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular project reviews and drive the resulting action plans for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate internal onsite team: plan workforce capacity, contribute to hiring efforts and mitigate attrition risks.
- Supervise partner/vendor contributions: evaluate delivery quality and drive performance improvements.
- Coach team members, manage performance reviews, skill matrixes and create career development plans.
- Analyse IT service trends in the market to recommend innovative enhancements and improvements.
- Propose service evolution leveraging emerging technologies aligned with client expectations and needs.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience with IT service delivery and operations management
- Experience with project P&L management and KPI monitoring
- Experience in multicultural environments with client-facing roles and escalation handling
- Experience in managing teams (at least 5 people), including performance and career development
- Experience managing third-party vendors and monitoring subcontracted delivery
- Analytical mindset and solid understanding of budget, process and workforce management
- Academic background: IT engineering, computer science or equivalent
- Fluent English. Japanese is a plus.
- You are proactive, adaptable and thrive under pressure.
