Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are seeking a skilled Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant with experience in the consumer goods or cosmetics sector to support a high-impact transformation initiative for a global beauty and personal care brand. The consultant will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing O2C processes across commercial and financial operations, working closely with business and IT stakeholders in a hybrid capacity (3 days onsite in the client’s New Jersey office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing Order-to-Cash processes and identify optimization opportunities tailored to the cosmetics supply chain, wholesale, and retail distribution models.
- Gather business requirements related to order management, pricing, promotions, billing, credit management, and accounts receivable.
- Configure and support ERP functionalities (SAP SD/FICO or equivalent) to enable efficient O2C process execution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Drive process harmonization and support change management in a global matrix environment.
- Contribute to UAT, data migration, and go-live activities; provide training and post-implementation support.
- Ensure integration between O2C and related business processes such as P2P and R2R.
- Support ongoing initiatives involving digital transformation, automation, and reporting enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an O2C Functional Consultant, with demonstrated success in ERP implementations or optimizations.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD/FICO or other leading ERP platforms.
- Industry experience in cosmetics, beauty, or broader consumer packaged goods (CPG) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with customer/channel-specific pricing, trade terms, and promotional activities common in cosmetics retail and wholesale.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing role.
- Experience working in hybrid delivery models with both on-site and remote team members.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of integration with e-commerce platforms and retail systems.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and automation solutions (e.g., RPA).
- Experience with global template rollouts or multinational ERP deployments.
