Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction? Do you have an analytical mindset that allows you to quickly identify and resolve process bottlenecks?

We are seeking someone who can effortlessly coordinate with various stakeholders and maintain a clear overview of ongoing orders and deliveries. Your exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail will ensure that customer inquiries and orders are handled swiftly and accurately. You excel at setting priorities and working in a structured manner, always keeping the customer at the forefront of your efforts.

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be at the heart of our customer service operations, ensuring that every order is processed efficiently and accurately. From the first customer contact to the final delivery, you will manage the entire order lifecycle. Your primary goal is to achieve high customer satisfaction through timely and precise deliveries, contributing significantly to our business success. You will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, logistics partners, and product management, to ensure seamless order processing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Case Handling: Utilize our case management system to address diverse customer requests and operational issues. Your structured approach and communication skills will ensure swift and customer-focused resolutions for each case.
  • Order Processing: Enter customer orders into our ERP system, coordinate delivery dates, and confirm orders, ensuring customers are always informed about their order status.
  • Monitoring Delivery Reliability: Track delivery dates and quantities, taking proactive measures to enhance delivery reliability.
  • Collaboration and Information Sharing: Work closely with different departments to ensure all stakeholders have accurate and timely information.

Profile Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as logistics or supply chain.
  • 1-2 years of experience in order processing, customer contact, and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office.
  • Strong command of Dutch and English.
  • Accuracy and a proactive work attitude: you think in solutions and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit: you easily coordinate between various departments and external partners.
