Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated GMP Process Operator to join our production team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for executing pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing processes in compliance with GMP standards. You will work as part of a dynamic team in a highly regulated, cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with GMP and SOPs
- Perform in-process checks and ensure batch records are accurately completed
- Identify and report deviations or process issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production areas and equipment
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Work in a shift system (2 or 3 shifts depending on site needs)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a GMP-regulated production environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, food, or related industry)
- Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and cleanroom procedures
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
- Dutch language skills are a strong advantage but not required
- Technical or vocational education in process technology, biotechnology, or related field is preferred
- Able to work in a shift-based schedule and perform physically active tasks
