Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst F/M/X to join our dynamic team in Czech Republic. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to leverage data-driven insights, align business needs with technological solutions, and drive operational efficiency through effective collaboration and problem-solving. Ideally, you are available in less than a month to join the project !

 

🔥 Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from large datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and implement effective solutions, considering feasibility, risks, and benefits.
• Assist project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

 

🎯 Your Profile:


• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• You have proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying trends and areas for optimization.
• You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in interpreting large datasets to inform decision-making.
• You are familiar with project management methodologies and can contribute to defining and achieving project objectives.
• Ideally, your profile includes certifications or training in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related domains, which are a plus.
