Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Amaris is an international consulting group specializing in management and technology, supporting clients in delivering result-oriented IT and digital transformation projects. Backed by solid technical expertise, Amaris operates globally with dynamic and passionate teams.
As we expand in the Turkish market, we are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong IT background to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Project Delivery & Operations:
- Ensure successful delivery of IT projects while meeting SLAs, quality standards, and technical requirements.
- Oversee cross-functional IT teams (developers, QA, DevOps, system admins), ensuring alignment and performance.
- Provide operational support to Team Leaders and Service Delivery Managers to maintain project excellence.
- Manage technical operations, including incident and change management, deployment processes, and tooling frameworks.
- Escalate and resolve complex technical or client-related issues as needed.
Team & Career Management :
- Support team members in their technical growth and career development within the group.
- Supervise IT teams and ensure skills are aligned with evolving client needs.
- Address and escalate HR or administrative matters in coordination with relevant departments.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement :
- Identify and implement technical process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices.
- Promote knowledge sharing, documentation, and technical training within teams.
- Actively challenge current delivery models and propose innovative IT solutions to increase value.
Financial Oversight & Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project financials and billing data.
- Provide financial visibility to the Lead Delivery Manager and local leadership.
- Monitor project profitability, budget tracking, and resource cost optimization.
Pre-Sales & Technical Support:
- Collaborate with local sales and pre-sales teams to define technical solutions, estimates, and delivery models.
- Participate in client presentations and contribute to technical proposal writing.
Profile We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in managing IT projects or delivery teams.
- Proven track record in managing technical teams (e.g., developers, cloud engineers, DevOps).
- Solid understanding of IT systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud environments, and infrastructure.
- Experience with agile methodologies, ITIL practices, and monitoring KPIs.
- Ideally, knowledge of Telecom IT systems, network architecture, or fiber infrastructure projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage internal stakeholders, clients, and technical partners.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure and dynamic environments.
