Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
ABOUT THE JOB:
- Develop and implement deep learning models for computer vision tasks, such as image recognition and object detection.
- Design and optimize data pipelines to process and manage large-scale image datasets.
- Utilize PyTorch and other deep learning frameworks to build and fine-tune neural network architectures.
- Deploy models on embedded systems for edge computing applications, ensuring performance optimization.
- Integrate computer vision algorithms with Azure and Databricks for scalable cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement computer vision projects, providing technical guidance on Python and C++ development.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of image processing systems and pipelines for real-time applications.
- Ensure model accuracy and robustness through continuous testing and improvement.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning.
- 5+ years of practical experience in similar positions.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, specifically PyTorch.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, edge computing, and deployment on embedded systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and experience with Databricks.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- You are analytical, innovative, and driven by a passion for cutting-edge technology and team collaboration.
