I discovered several aspects of Human Relations, which helped me decide on my last experience during university: employer branding.
I joined Mantu after finishing university, when they offered me the opportunity to continue working in these areas. As HR Officer, I have a strategic and operational view, which helps me to understand current issues, as well as support employees in their professional growth.
I am in daily contact with different managers to support them and build career paths into their departments alongside them. Skills are very important for this. Managers have to think carefully about the skills they expect employees to have. By analyzing any gaps we find, we can take action and support our employees with different solutions, including training.
So, as you might guess, annual appraisals allow us to take all of these factors account and support employees in their professional journey. All these actions are linked to HR Development.
