Sonia Doghmane

Campus & Employer Branding Manager

I started as a School Relations Officer for France. I quickly moved into a more strategic function, and my scope increased to the whole of Europe. At the same time, I studied International Business & Management, and now I am working in the recruitment department. I’m now responsible for our talent acquisition strategy within campus relations and employer branding.

I am motivated by three main factors: the responsibilities of this position, the constant

challenge in my projects, and the international aspect of the environment I work in. This position allows me to wear three different caps: the operational, the strategical and the managerial one.

In the same day, I can present an action plan to directors, plan an event to recruit managers, and follow the actions forecasted for another country. What I like about Mantu is the fact that I never have a repetitive or boring day; my work varies according to priorities and my progress.

Training Officer

Nowadays, thanks to the human-centric and international dimension of Mantu, I’m working in the Learning & Development in Ho Chi Minh City. This geographical and functional mobility allows me to discover new HR function as well as new culture at the early stage of my career. As a Training Officer I have interactions with colleagues from different functions and cultures on a daily basis. It’s always enriching and inspiring to learn from them, plus I can acquire and improve my hard and soft skills every day.
