Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Mantu: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
As you know, every person is different and so is every role in a company. That is why we must adapt accordingly, and the process may differ slightly at times. However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.

Job description
As Social & Media Manager with Mantu you will:
- Grow and nurture our community by providing them with regular, helpful, and educational content, aligned with our readers’ needs and interests.
- Build and manage a rich content calendar for our social media accounts. You’ll be in charge of creating, managing, and growing Mantu brands’ presence through targeted communication.
- Always be looking for ways to promote and amplify this content on our channels and beyond.
- Reach out to movers, shakers, leaders, and communities, as well as other relevant people (KOLs, industry experts, journalists, etc.) and build authentic, meaningful relationships with them.
- Monitor brand mentions across channels and handle questions from customers that come in via social media or in other communities, such as forums or blog comments.
- Monitor relevant community metrics and interpret data and feedback from all the key sources to boost engagement metrics.
- Build and launch community initiatives
- Work with fun and smart teammates specializing in content marketing, design, UX, product management, and more!
We are looking for someone who wants to grow and engage our community (internally & externally). You will work and grow in an international team.
We’re looking for someone who has a keen eye for social media trends and best practices, and who understands the importance of social media in connecting with a large global audience. The Mantu tagline ‘Tomorrow is human’ sums up our approach; technology enables our communications, but it’s a human adventure first and foremost!
Our ideal candidate:
- Master degree holder in Digital Marketing, Communication or Journalism
- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field
- Excellent English writing and editing skills & French Fluent
- Proactive & creative: you’ll have lots of ideas to share
- Organized: you’ll be comfortable planning, reporting, and taking responsibility for social media management
- Result oriented & strong attention to detail
- Open minded, dynamic, good communications skills, curious
- Team spirited
