Job description
🎯 Your mission: Develop your own Business Unit
As a Business Manager, you’ll act as a true intrapreneur.
You’ll be responsible for building and growing your own commercial perimeter by activating LittleBig Connection’s marketplace services with clients and external experts.
Your role: connect top-tier talent from our community to your clients’ needs, while driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence from end to end.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable for growing the revenue of your Business Unit by developing a portfolio of clients (existing or new) and project partners, across three main pillars:
🤝 Client Relationship & Business Development
- Identify high-potential accounts — prospects or existing clients
- Detect upcoming RFPs, build proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Maintain regular client engagement to strengthen loyalty and establish LittleBig as a strategic partner
🔗 Expert Network Management
- Build and grow a community of freelancers and consulting firms
- Match the right experts with client needs through our platform
- Lead negotiations and formalize commercial agreements
📊 Performance & Operations Management
- Oversee the smooth execution of ongoing projects with clients and experts
- Track key KPIs: revenue, margin, project volume, closing rate
- Work closely with internal teams (finance, legal, ops) to ensure flawless delivery and compliance
👤 Profile Requirement:
- You have completed a rigorous higher education program (business school, engineering school, or university), with a Master’s degree.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, consulting, or a startup/entrepreneurial environment -
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; you know how to manage an activity methodically
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building and owning your own business scope
- Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles with diverse stakeholders (C-level, procurement, IT)
- Solid command of digital tools and AI (e.g., ChatGPT, CRM, automation)
- Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written).
