Who We Are
We are an international and dynamic company committed to growth and innovation. As part of our Marketing Team, we collaborate closely with Account Managers to develop existing accounts and with Business Developers to acquire new ones. Our mission is to drive outbound strategies across multiple markets, including France, Canada, India and many others.
Your Responsibilities :
As a Growth Outbound Officer, you will play a key role in expanding our outbound strategy by:

Leveraging and enhancing our technology stack (e.g., Lemlist, CaptainData) to optimize outreach.

Identifying, enriching, and analyzing target companies and key decision-makers based on intent signals.

Creating and managing automation workflows to improve efficiency in outbound operations.

Ensuring data quality for the sales team and structuring collaboration processes.

Defining and implementing KPIs and reporting metrics to measure outbound campaign success.

Leading outbound campaigns end-to-end: data scraping, enrichment, email content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Your Profile :
We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional who meets the following criteria:

Fluent in French (native-level) and proficient in English.
-
Currently enrolled in a higher education program (Marketing, Sales, or Business-related field), seeking an apprenticeship contract (alternance) in Paris.

Prior experience (internship or work-study) in Growth, Lead Generation, or Sales is highly desirable.

Passion for exploring new tools and technologies, especially no-code solutions, automation, AI, and copywriting.

Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and reporting expertise.

Business-oriented, technically curious, and eager to learn.
- Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.
