Job description

Your LittleBig responsibilities  

 

You join our teams based in Mauritius, as Business Operations Support within the Customer Success Operations team.

As Business Operations Support, your role is to maintain and develop our internal tools for processing user interactions while analyzing the procedures and data available in order to provide specific recommendations to internal teams.

 

You ensure the optimization of the processes of our Business Account Specialists team:

  • Analyze the mode of operation, procedures, and use of tools by Business Account Specialists (BAS)
  • Identify anomalies, discrepancies, malfunctions, etc. in the management of disconnected customer accounts by the BAS
  • Propose recommendations for improvement to optimize the quality of service and internal operational excellence
    • Registration of suppliers (consulting companies and freelancers)
    • Follow-up with suppliers on the validation of Activity Report
    • Invoicing process
  • Ensure application follow-up and adjust if necessary
  • Ensure coordination of communication between BAS, Finance and Sales teams

 

You are responsible for the compliance and validation of supplier accounts

  • Follow up on new registration requests for suppliers’ accounts by providing them with local support
  • Verify registrations in accordance with our standards (contract signing, legal documents downloaded and updated)
  • Validate suppliers’ accounts
  • Collect the needs of suppliers in the context of their registrations (changes to the contract, simplification of registration through the platform, etc.)
  • Ensure internal communication with the Customer Support Officers and Customer Success Managers teams on the evolution of suppliers’ registrations
  • Analyze the supplier registration procedure and propose improvements

 

You are in charge of the deployment E-attestations

  • Perform a full audit of our suppliers’ accounts compliance process
  • Propose a specific action plan to deploy the E-attestations Project within LittleBig Connection to streamline our compliance process
  • Ensure the deployment of the project with all involved internal actors (Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Sales)
  • Be responsible for the progress of the project and report regularly on its state of play

Candidate Profile 

  • You have completed a higher education such as a business or engineering school and wish to evolve in a scale-up type environment
  • You have between 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position; in Internal Audit, Human Resources, or Project Management
  • You have excellent internal audit and analysis skills, with a strong spirit of synthesis and a very good ability to return information
  • You have a very good Project Management ability, with a commitment to respect deadlines
  • You do not hesitate to take initiatives and you are able to propose real solutions followed by detailed action plans to achieve the team's objectives
  • You are proactive, result-oriented and you can federate your colleagues
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • You are enthusiastic about the idea of ​​working in a fast-paced environment and within a close-knit and multicultural team
  • You are fluent in French and English
